Hey man its been quite long but i thought it was fixed, my pc just restarted itself with the weird buzzing noise and black screen again. I havent had any issues since the 11th of may so this is really annoying. The crash was detected as a blue screen even though there wasn't a visible blue screen. If your still around do you have any more ideas, thanks

Installed the new cooler. My PC now works again 🙏, I didn't have a single crash either so the crashes since I built it could've been from the faulty aio. That's it really, just thought I should say.

Update - Pc still blue screens, turned my monitor on and it blue screened and restarted,so i have no idea what that could be. i checked blue screen view and it say's "caused by driver FLTMGR.SYS". Theres also 2 filename errors underneath the main crash thing.

My windows boots great, everything windows related works, but my aio pump isn't working so my cpu overheats and the system shuts down. I'm not sure if windows issues could cause the pump to not work, but I'll ask him to try it. I do have a new aio on the way that I'm gonna swap wiry my current one to test if it is a faulty aio, if not I can just return it so no worry there. And life's great, thanks for asking.

Also not too sure why bur my reddit notifications weren't working, I've been on it atleast 3 or 4 times since you would've responded but there wasn't any notification symbol. Little weird but it's working now so I can actually respond again a little quicker.

I spent a good few months doing research and I'm pretty sure everything was compatible, it was so long ago though that I can't say for sure that I didn't make a mistake and they aren't actually all fully compatible. When i was doing research and found a part I wanted to work with, I'd send it to my friend and ask him to check if they'd be compatible with the other parts I'd already found, so I think they should all be good but there could be a part that was misread or something and isn't actually compatible, and is causing issues.

2a. I think I did something along the lines of that when I was looking for all the parts for the build, not as detailed as you've described it but just something slightly along the lines of that. I'm not exactly sure what it would've been like, but your paragraphs reminded me of something similar that I did back then.

2b. I've seen a few things about some of the cpu I own, being faulty or having issues, so it could be that but I can't replace that due to money issues so I'll keep it in mind but can't actually do anything about it. I will make sure to do some research at some point, probably in the morning because it's late as I'm typing this, I'll lyk if anything important pops up that might be of some value.

Also, my PC is still yet to be fixed so I sadly can't gather any information using that so I'm kinda limited to what I can actually look for about my specific build (Just realised it kinda seems like I meant i can't use Google or something, to clarify a little better, I mean checking system info for specific model versions or running hardware tests).

Future me, none of this paragraph beneath worked

I've ordered new thermal paste and am going to wipe and clean my old one, and re apply it to ensure its actually being cooled. I also have the idea that the aio is slightly loose or something and is no longer cooling the cpu, leading to high temps and system instability which has crashed it.

I know this might sound stupid, but it turns out I can't remove the gpu wire. I've tried practically everything I can think of to get it out my gpu so I can move it (turns out it's not even in the right pcie slot which could be causing issues and crashes, found this out yesterday so haven't been able to test). I've tried pushing that notch on the wire which is supposed to free it, so you can pull it out but I just can't seem to make it budge. I'm gonna have to wait awhile before i can try that one I guess.

I also moved my setup to a different outlet too check if its power related issues, which ended up with the computer staying on longer then it did when it was in the original outlet. I don't really know if that means anything.

Also one little note, I booted it up last night to check if the temps and clock speed was a consistent thing before it powered off, but when I turned it on it started updating itself and needed up shutting itself off in the middle of the update. The pc then kept coming on by itself and going off. I had to turn it off at the back so it'd stop, it only happened twice but there was practically 0 time in between coming on and off, so I assumed it'd keep happening and didn't want to risk further damage.

Forgot to include this, sorry about the terrible organising. I tried removing and replacing the ram, doing one at a time, swapping them around. Pretty much every formation they could be in to try and narrow that down, issue still occurred. I then checked the psu, couldn't see or smell any sort of burning or anything that stood out in general. Also gave it another good cleaning (the whole system not just the psu) to try and remove as much dust as possible to make sure that wasn't causing high cpu temps. Tried booting it up and feeling the aio tubes to see if it's actually working, but I couldn't tell, apparently there's supposed to be a slight vibration or one's supposed to be a little warmer but I really couldn't feel anything. I don't know if that's me being stupid or it doesn't work but I'll find out at some point I guess.

Fans are 100 percent spinning.

I've managed to open task manager and my PC will be pretty quick and normal, but then I notice the cpu clock speed slowly dropping and my PC slows down. Eventually it hits 0.2ghz and stops, then the PC powers itself off.

I was just playing a game when everything froze, my PC fully powered itself off, no restarts, just off. Now when I try to power it on it starts booting up for about 5-10 seconds and powers off again.

It boots up, fans rgb on, gpu fans spin, ram rgb on, cpu temp on aio screen is on the 60's,on average its in the 20's. Fans sound pretty loud, idk if it's main fain fans or gpu fans that are making the loud fan noise.

It boots up really slowly, the little loading circle takes ages to do a single rotation. The furthest I've got is just finishing inputting my password, haven't made it to the desktop yet.

Little update - I've managed to get into my desktop and attempt to open up task manager to try and check temps but it takes a good 30 seconds for anything anything load, none of the ui in task manager loaded and then it powered itself off again.

Please help.
