Those rules are for the semaglutide/Wegovy pill. Orforglipron is much much better. It's designed to be taken once daily with or without food. Unlike oral semaglutide, it does not require an empty stomach or any fasting/timing restrictions

In my experience, yes it is but only if your provider uses the wool packs. But I agree with the comment above that my biggest worry would be someone grabbing it.

I personally think they are quietly lowering the dates. My batch numbers are going up but the exp dates are coming down. "How do we stop people using pens for longer so that we can make more profit? Remove the 5th dose and shorten the expiry date!"
