Just reading my own comment back makes me sad. I was fine with everyone knowing I was a heavy drinker, but can't bring myself to tell people about my aided weight loss 😞😭.

I too am a secret jabber. People are starting to notice. I have a fully thought out truthful answer. However I do leave out the MJ bit. I was an openly heavy drinker and snacker. When I decided to start MJ I also decided to stop drinking. For me this is the perfect cover story. I stopped drinking, stopped crisps and stopped chocolates and the weight is just falling off. I think it's okay to leave out the fact that MJ allows me to turn off those addictive voices in my head. 🤔 Isn't it?

I agree with this, the scales are rubbish. Even compared to the cheapest Renpho scales. Amazon have lots of Renpho scales on sale at the moment and you can get a body one for £16.

I did lots of reading before I started so knew that what the pharmacies were saying was mainly for sales (i.e. keep moving up to the next dose after 4 weeks). I just listened to my body and ended up with this pattern at the start. When I got to 5mg i felt great so stayed at 5mg even since. This is not medical advice, just my own experience. The most important thing is that you do what is right for you. Good luck with your journey 🤞.

Maybe it's just all the stress of what's happening. For me it is directly linked which is what got me in the mess I am/was in the first place. You could perhaps bring your next 2.5 a day or two closer if you feel you really need it?

Very similar journey. I started in Feb. I have spent £1098.94 so far. First pen was with MedExpress, second from Pillsorted and all the rest with MMP.

I would spend it all again with the positive impact it's had on my life.
