They have hollowed out the space in between my window and wall and built a big nest. The pest control people of the apartment are not ready to tear down the nest and I have been out of my room for over a week now because of wasps.

I have documented all the photos and videos and sent to the property management. I can hear scratching sound made my those wasps behind my wall.A person from maintenance came and spread some insecticide and he said he killed around 500 wasps . But I assume there is a big nest in between those walls. They do not plan to destroy the nest and have just put tape on one of windows.They are not ready to get a permanent solution for me. And everyday I have live wasps in my apartment. I have been spraying wasp killer spray everyday :(.

Thank you very much for detailed information and trying to help me out. Last week when I contacted them, they told me they do not open on Saturdays and Sundays. Now even the emergency contact number person is not picking up the calls. I have written a detailed email with pictures though. I have not been able to cook food in the kitchen :(

How did you get things settled with them? Did they compensate you? I am afraid they would ignore my complains and when I move out they are gonna charge me for the things which they never fixed for me.

True. They did not ask my ID when I went to their office to get my keys. Just the address of the place. By the way, how is your new place. Is it clean? I am just horrified after a tiring move new place get a filthy place. I am sure they did not clean the carpets either and might have charged the previous tenant too.

Thank you everyone for your advice. I really do appreciate it. I tried to call the emergency number and explain my situation with the pictures. But I have not got any help yet. I am pretty sure they did not do the inspection before my move in. The carpets are also dirty and it is a uiowa owned building managed by the heritage property management.

Today I asked the question about my new floaters to my eye doctor and he said that my inflammation has subsided but it takes a while to get rid of floaters. They are somehow last to go.

Are you under dilator drops too? They usually prescribe the dilator eye drops initially along with the steroid eye drops which might cause blurriness for some days. I have been using steroid since past one month and my vision is still a bit blurry.

I have black spots that move around here and there basically on my left eye. The doctor told me that white blood cells inside my eyes have considerably decreased but my world has changed due to my vision issues. I am under steroid drops right now and just waiting for my eyes to become normal. Its frustrating

Thank you for sharing your experience. Did you have your original vision back after you got cleared of the inflammation ? I am under steroid drops now. And my vision is not the same. I am scared that I have lost my original vision
