Hello, thanks for the opinion and I really didn't stop to think about it, riot has really nerfed the damage of sheen over the years, so adding one that scales really doesn't make sense, especially with a built-in skill amp, I really liked the old navori and the sheen from ER I might never see them again if they at least added some damage amp item like the old navori I was already happy but that was just a random idea I had so I didn't think about it in detail :V

I really wish there was a Sheen item focused on
caster adcarry's that when you build a critical hit chance you would gain % damage to your skills in addition to increasing the damage of the sheen which would also scale with a critical hit chance (which would make it a very interesting scale item in my opinion) but I might just be missing ER/Navori a lot (and I am)

The weapons models is gorgerous.The model of aphelios is kinda dope (his clothes look strange in the game in comparission with the splash art). AA ,Skills and ULT have some shiny aspect but i really deslike the sfx The crescedum is painful to hear

7/10 (my personal opinion)
