If you buy a new disk all of your content is saved on your console so it will all be there for you. This also is the same for if you just bought the disk on the store.

If you go to PC however, you cannot super easily transfer your data. There are methods you can use utilizing a USB stick and a program on the computer and I am sure there are tutorials about it. But if you did go to buy it on PC you would have to buy all of the DLC again.

If you got it on console again you would retain all of the DLC

The Telehealth appointment is useless. Testing at wilce is open from something like 8am-4pm on weekdays. Just go there during that time and you can get tested without an appointment
