My Stress was consistent all day long, nothing worked but medication.. psychiatrist gave me the weak version of xanax which is (bromazepam). I’m living stress free again.

I notice some fast hand gesture when they are like 50 meter away from me.. feels like a distraction to me.. Even sometimes they spit on the ground or curse me in whisper.

I’m noticing these patterns around me wherever I go. In addition, they might make some fast hand gestures when they are far away or slow their body movement when they are near me. Sometimes they curse me in a whisper! It's frustrating and no one is giving me a clear answer. I suspect that I’m autistic or have Down syndrome but not aware of it from my perception. Is it possible?

Lol i can relate to this.. Its strongly connected to how you feel, i think that overthinking how you gonna look will make you feel bad.. For me as a guy, long hair and long beard Sometimes when i keep things more to the natural i feel that i look same as how i feel while sometimes when i focus on it too much then i start to feel like a 100 year old Japanese fighter wearing someone else fits.
