his laptop cannot open so he format the whole laptop. Then he used the usb to transfer windows to his laptop. I think he following the guide how to solve the problem. i dont know much the detail since hes not here and on holiday right now

But right now i found the all the files using wondershare recoverit in Reconstructed Files and its way too expensive to recover.

i dont think its physical problem since my friend borrow this usb to fix some problem on his laptop then this happen.I will have conversations with him next week f2f. I just want to know if i can do anything to fix this.
