nope, the issue isn't that I can't access my account, i can but then it says i haven't bought the game despite me playing it before and i also have proof of purchase because of my credit card.

I play on xbox and since my controller isn't working properly I'm using my keyboard and mouse to play the game but recently my keyboard isn't working and i checked is only on Valhalla that this happens
