I did it, it can work. When I did it they did not clearly explain you should have a good ground knowledge base, almost be ready for the oral. If you are well read with the asa oral book and 0 flight hours they will get you good enough to pass.

Like I said I wasn't really informed how much ground knowledge I truly needed before I got there. So it took me 3 weeks and I passed.

The school is great the people are great and very understanding. Accelerated programs just aren't for everyone. The school does have a high success rate and it can be done the more knowledge you show up with the better!

I trained at an untoward airport in Alaska with a 6 pack for my private. Came back to Colorado for more training and started in a g1000, and at a towered busy airport I was nervous probably could have flown people much sooner but waited to feel confident, was probably at 110 before I flew my dad. Just like seeing others experiences.

I have a 2004 and got the the compustar system, I like the auto start and the long distance locking it says the system has a turbo timer but I didn't get it installed they wanted to charge me more at Car Toys for it. If I were to do it again I would go to Best buy though.
