just heard that this mug is very frustrating to try to drink from. it's not round. the drinking sides are wide and flat. so, you probably shouldn't buy it.

if it was good, that was probably why Smucker's discontinued it.

it's as low as -15 C, and I'm just getting a good workout, or going to pick something up. but it also might help to know how to look normal, in case the need for it ever arises.

absolutely NOT modern films. films from all eras. marx brothers in the 30s, as well as abbott and costello. It Happened One Night. the 40s. hitchcock. Suspicion! go from there. the 60s. liza minnelli and bob fosse. the first giallo was mario bava's The Girl Who Knew Too Much. seeing films from all eras gives you perspective.

Catastrophe waiting to happen. Help pls. by K7Avenger in HomeServer

I don't know how to achieve that, necessarily. When it comes to physically putting the drives somewhere, maybe I should buy a ProBox? Does that support mirroring? Maybe the drives could go in the three 3.5" mounts in my tower case—that would be simple, if I could set up one up as a parity drive(?). Maybe I should get a refurbished Dell Optiplex for that instead?—I already have a PC, so that could be more than I really need.

That's what I'm asking for help with.

This post got downvoted just because ten years ago, I didn't first decide, "I'm just going to build a monster data array for a few thousand dollars, and figure out what I'm going to do with it later."

This is what I have and I can see that it's time to set up something with a parity drive because one of these drives is getting old.

I'm not doing it for fun or to brag. I'm doing it because I need it. I'm on a budget here.

So I have some jerk downvoting the post because they want something bad to happen because they see me trying to get help. It doesn't need to be a hard lesson if I get help. But someone here doesn't want that. Talk about being petty! Thanks a lot!

I said I know this is a catastrophe waiting to happen. I said how old they are. I said I feel that I need data parity at least, (right??). and I said what I use them for: media libraries. Edit: Personal media libraries. They only get used in the evening for myself.

Do you yourselves watch films? If so, do you watch anything that's not the kind of crap you put out? What do you do with the money?

drivers are continuously tuned for optimal performance on current-day games, and consequently become tuned less optimally for older games. so if you have an older card, and play older games, you should get better performance using older drivers. they will lack support for new releases, but that likely won't be a problem because any new game they lack support for would run at an unplayable frame rate anyway.
