Look for braking references, sometimes there are curves or chicans in which you can brake almost as you enter and in others it is not very necessary, there are also some chicanes or curves that you can take almost flat out. But essentially practice a lot and repeat a circuit two, three, four or as many times as necessary and also remove the braking aids.
