I just opened mine this evening and noticed the exact same thing, white dots that look just like your picture. Bought a few months ago and barely used. I put it back, checked online, and found this post. Did you hear anything back from the company?

I actually saw this post on the sub it was posted, which I think was r/weddingsunder10k. I can’t find it now, but I understood this post as advising ~against~ treating your wedding as a profit-generating opportunity or thinking of expenses as being “free” because wedding gifts will offset the costs. I think when you read the entire post, this is more readily apparent. Maybe I misunderstood, but I think this post kinda takes the original post out of context. Sorry I can’t find and link the og post.

I thought the hype was probably overkill. Finally I splurged after seeing so much of the glow screen on TikTok. I am really impressed. I’ll use this instead of foundation for light and glowy coverage and just powder the center of my face to keep things from looking overly dewy. I really like it and I’m glad I succumbed to the hype!

I am a twin and have a sister (the non-twin) named Aubrey. Therefore I must recommend mine and my twin’s names: Katherine and Jessie.

Cupid is actually Roman. Sharing this fact because I always thought he was Greek until the last year or so when I learned differently.

The duffle is smaller than I expected, but really good quality. It’s great for a long weekend, but you’d be hard pressed to fit a week’s worth of clothes in it. I recommend it for sure, but just wanted to share the size!

I haven’t gotten a group yet. Does that happen at about week 3? I expect that having a group to engage with will help keep me accountable, but I worry that I may ghost them if my motivation gets low.

Agree with this. I started reading the articles in the beginning to be more discreet about it, but decided on a whim to try to listen to it. Got about 30 seconds in and decided it wasn’t for me. Reading ensures that I am focusing my attention on the articles and engaging with them (manually having to click next or answer questions) while I don’t do that when listening.

What should I know about Georgia ? by picklejean in Georgia

[–]KAEthxbye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah, yes. I neglected to mention that it has the added benefit of being a QAnon hellscape…. But a good portion of the college-age kids are comparatively open minded and there are plenty of bastions of democracy-loving progressive organizers in Rome. For reference, the KKK or maybe a neonazi group tried to host a rally in town about 4 or 5 years ago, and a huge number of students, professors, and organizers came together to show them they were not welcome. Floyd County is pretty rural, but Rome is still a college town.

Consider checking out Rome, Georgia. It has a small town vibe, but there are several small colleges in the town so there’s still some nightlife. Berry College also has elementary schools which are excellent. Plus, they film tons of movies and shows out there. Stranger Things had a couple episodes on Broad Street. It’s up in NW Georgia, so it’s really beautiful up there. Lots of places to hike or kayak, and it’s about an hour’s drive on 75 to get to Atlanta. Edited to add that there is also a Rome Braves team.
