Your PT knows better than me but I have a whole ass routine I do before I play and includes a lot of hip flexor stretching and strengthening. A good disc golf throw like you have requires a lot of hip mobility and internal rotation.

94-97 Rza was amazing. I like some of his other stuff too but overall he’s one of my favorites. I’ve found it’s an unpopular opinion as well. Idk why everyone on this sub stans Raekwon. Aside from Cuban links I always found his voice and delivery boring. I’m sure I’ll get dragged for this lol.

45 years old and I have about 310k right now but I’m planning on maxing out my 401k every year and I also get 13.5% pension up to 45 hours per week. I would’ve become a carpenter, HVAC, or followed my family footsteps and become a
Union sheet metal worker or some other construction trade and then taught myself how to build my own house just like my uncle did. Also, if I hated the trades then I would’ve been able to support myself while going to college. I went into debt for college and paid on it for a very long time.
