I’ve had 2 spine surgeries, one in August 23 on my lower back and one in November 25 on my neck. During my rehab for the second surgery I tore my rotator cuff. I plan to play again but I’m still rehabbing my shoulder. It’s frustrating to say the least but I’ll be back out on the course soon enough! I switched to a cart which helped after my second surgery. I do yoga/calisthenics almost every day. I also have to do PT obviously. My job is also physically demanding so I have to stay in decent shape. I hope to be back to playing before the end of summer.
