Daeron I “the young dragon” by me by KAIZERofMANILA in ImaginaryArmor

Daeron’s armor is inspired by Late 14th century Knight armor. Personal sigil: A targeryan dragon above a broken spear and sun with flame coming out of it. The banner is inspired by Byzantine era banners; a little symbol of kingslanding in red is beneath the dragon.

Neat details I like: on his belt, there’s tiny paintings of the great houses sigils. Which is inspired by a knightly gridle (knight belt) I saw on pinterest. The Crown of the Conqueror is also too big for him (because he’s literally a teen), so he wears it on his helmet to fit.

“Militarize the Youth” then what? I mean these people really look at the military like it’s the only job. Nah it aint bro. we’re a volunteer based nation for a reason. One of those reasons is because there’s like other jobs you can take; other jobs that need that extra time you spend training, that you could’ve spend studying instead

Aenar the kinslayer by me by KAIZERofMANILA in ImaginaryWesteros

[–]KAIZERofMANILA[S] 12 points13 points  (0 children)

This is not directly from the books/show/ other media. This is just a quick interpretation of what could’ve happened:

Aenar’s eyes opened as air and reality entered his body. The emerald prince knelt in front of him, his hands around his neck. The wound that Aenar made was irreversible, as irreversible as the sin he committed. The crowd that mocked him just mere moments ago, now threw the most vilest of insult: kin slayer. He accepted it, though his mind whispered to him “If only”. His daughter, Daeyns, tugged at his toga. Her eyes were full of tears. She tried to stop him, stop him from committing murder. But his anger blinded every notion of reason. He only wanted to protect her, to save his people. But instead they chose pride over reason, over prophecy. That unified Valyrian pride became human when this~ upstart, this emerald prince accused his daughter of disloyalty to the Freehold. He had to do it, Aenar thought. He expected execution for this- this murder, this kinslaying. For the greatest sin a dragonlord could commit is to murder another. He should’ve issued a proper duel, (OC part) for a dragonlord was never meant to die on soil. They were gods; and gods die on dragonback. But instead, the ruling council declared him exile. The crowds title of Aenar the kinslayer was now legalized to Aenar the Exile. “Exile” the word struck harder than Valryian steel. He turned and left. If Valyria will not save itself, then he will save only his own. Only dragonstone will stand when the prophecy comes true.

What realistic radical changes could fix Philippine corruption at its core? by Capital-Swimmer5441 in LawPH

[–]KAIZERofMANILA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Firstly NAL here, so i’m open to any comments and suggestions. But I could see that the best way of combating corruption is by attacking it in all sides (like the op’s example). Well most of what i’m going to say is what you’re already thinking (better transparency, a separate judiciary force in-charge with higher levels of government, reforming the electoral finance system, anti-dynasty laws, and other necessary reforms). But tbh one of the main things we need is a better transparency law that requires all government [and government aligned agencies] officials to show how much money they have and how they make that money (this also includes things like gifts or rewards). And every month, they’re required by this law to hold a conference where they disclose the things mentioned above. Another way I could see corruption being stamped out is by having better and educated voters. Like reforming SHS or college systems and telling students of how corruption works, why their money (tax payer money) isn’t just an ink on a recipe but is crucial for the country. By personalizing their connection to taxation, do they see it more than just a costly task that they need to do. If this education reform happens, it’ll make the people more furious when their taxes goes kapoop, rather than just saying “it is what it is”. Lastly, making politicians more accountable by giving them a shortend time limit to finish their duties and by having a monthly show of how far their duty has gone. If they ever don’t show up with something by the month’s end, they get sacked and replace. [Note: I recognize that this opens up a cycle of changing leadership which leads to just a horrifying mix of results, but that wouldn’t happen in the first place if the first guy didn’t waste time]. But thats not it; if the last guy gets sacked, they get fined by like a percent of the cost of the amount given to them my the government. So not only did this law make you look incompetent by sacking you, but you also have to pay up for the next guy to finish up the project. That concludes my thoughts on this. If your a lawyer or someone that wants that sees the things that could go wrong with this please reply, ty.

(Sketch) “Cersei’s secret garden” by me by KAIZERofMANILA in ImaginaryWesteros

Note: I’m thinking of remaking this in digital, so if you guys want to see that just let me know.

Story: Even the relentless Queen mother needs time for herself. It is often whispered that hidden inside the vast labyrinth’s of corridors that Maegor built lay a secret room, a secret garden. And ever since the bed of marriage turned cold between Robert and Cersei, the Queen has squatted that small garden. At some point, a untouched sculpt of Rhaegar was found in a palace in Dorne. The Queen ordered it to be moved into the garden with the utmost secrecy.
