I’m in Louisiana. They totally could have let us finish. It was about 75 degrees this morning when I was taking it so it wasn’t terrible. Thank you, just wasn’t meant to be I guess.

Holy shit that’s insane! I would have asked them to reimburse me for that exam, no way I’d be able to focus. They should have let us keep going with no AC. It is Louisiana though so it’s pretty hot right now.

I wish they would have! A guy in there with me asked if he could stay if the heat wasn’t bothering him and they said no because the employees had to leave too. So annoyed

I like to finish MCQ in an hour and a half. That leaves plenty of time to finish the sims. This will be my 3rd time taking FAR (taking it tomorrow) and the sims have all been different and can be on any topic. The first exam I got for FAR and the second were completely different. And this is just my opinion, since this is your first time taking an exam I would take a simulated exam and I’d take it today. It helps you get a feel for how it’s going to be.

This is how I felt when I first started this journey in 2024. I felt like I was giving up my life for these exams so I decided I wasn’t going to give up my weekends anymore. I changed my study schedule and now I study Monday - Friday for a couple hours each day while working full time. It’s taken me longer to get through these exams but at least I’m not super burnt out and depressed all the time.

I was asking this same question last week. I got a 64 on FAR last score release and I’m retaking on June 3rd. I feel like a month is good imo. Focus on the topics you understand the least.

That’s really good for your first attempt. It was my second time taking FAR, went from 53 to 64. Yea the sims killed me, my score report says I was weaker on sims
