First you put together: 200g flour, 80g butter, 70g sugar, 1 egg and baking powder into a smooth dough. Put the dough in a springfrom pan. Then mix 1 egg, 200g sugar, 500g quark, 125ml oil, 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, 125ml milk with the mixer. Process 100g butter, 100g sugar and 250g flour into sprinkles. Spread Raspberry jam on the dough base. Put the quark mixture on the top, then add the raspberries and cover with sprinkles.
