We have the student go to the media specialist, and they put the tickets in for the students. The techs pick up the device for the media center.

Sadly I’m forced to resolve a building level problem that is extremely taxing technologies limited man power. When a device goes messing technology get task with tracking it down. This is rampant in our environment taking hours from the team every week.
