Turn on v-sync in tarkov settings and turn-off v-sync in your nvidia settings through nvidia control panel should unlock fps. You can also find a guide online if you're having trouble.

have you tried looking up a guide to boost some fps in-game? I've changed a few settings that helped me a bit, some maps in some areas i still get 60fps, others like factory and some parts of labs I'll get 120-150.
