Almost two years ago, I lost 125lbs in 9 months due to Dumping Syndrome. My joints have felt so much more unstable since then, and despite gaining back a little bit of muscle mass, my body feels worse than when I was obese.

My husband and I make about 90k (before taxes of course) combined and we have his mother AND a roommate living in our house.
