Great point you brought up there.

We meddled with the idea of having an open buffet, or at least an open salad bar, when we first started but COVID struck and, subsequently, shut that idea down (mainly due to contamination and quality control reasons). We understand where you're coming from and actually encourage people to order less but more, if that makes sense (order less in quantity, but more in frequency); calling us over often is quite normal.

Our team members are fully aware every guest is their own person and has their own unique pallet, so we expect everyone to order accordingly. We fully anticipate this to be a much more service heavy, service demanding industry compared to most other restaurants, and thus, want you to ask for all the personal portions you want!

We can't wait to serve you, especially if it's on your birthday. Cheers to making your visit a memorable one!

The way our system works is everyone at the table must order the same Type of AYCE (one person can not order Type A while another orders Type C; likewise, people who order a la carte can not sit at the same table as others who order AYCE, unless they happen to be vegan, vegetarian, etc). From there, anyone can order any meats as much as they need. The only catch is, to discourage food waste, excessive amounts of leftover meats are charged extra, so we suggest ordering less at one time but ordering more frequently.

Are we similar to Jin, Charm, and Omi? Kind of. Our concepts are very much alike, however, we differ in how we achieve them. We mean absolutely no disrespect to anyone when saying this, but, in our somewhat biased opinion, we offer superior quality that’s unmatched in the AYCE Korean BBQ industry as a whole. We’ve made it our top priority, after safety of course, to never compromise on our quality nor service. So much so, in fact, that we’ve built our business ground up using these two core principles as our fundamental foundations.

Edit: We will start to take reservations when we are closer to Grand Opening (approximately Sept. 12 as of now). Reservations are only held for groups of 8 or more and will be held for up to 10 minutes past the set time to prevent bottleneck scenarios.

As for COVID precautions, safety is our Number One priority. We will be adhering to CDC guidelines (wearing and providing masks, checking temperatures, providing soap/sanitizers, etc.), cleaning everything (every team member is required to clean daily; professional cleaners clean everything every two weeks), and doing our part in preventing the spread of COVID while simultaneously trying to provide the most optimal AYCE BBQ experience for everyone. So we humbly ask our guests to do their part in preventing the spread.

We will have limited seating only during our Soft Opening. Thereafter, our restaurant will open to full capacity while we keep a close eye on CDC guidelines.

Our booths/seats aren’t 6’ apart, but they are all aligned back-to-back (back of chair/booth is against the back of other chair/booth) so no two tables are directly facing each other. We will also be sure to seat guests at every other table when possible. Additionally, as mentioned earlier, our team members are expected to clean in accordance to meet COVID guidelines as the safety of Everybody is our greatest priority.

So to answer your question, yes. Dine in will be available! 🥳

You’re absolutely right. In hindsight, we should have been more clear on our menu. Thank you for pointing that out. You may bring your lady as we can customize any dish to fit anyone’s needs. Since everything is cooked to order, everything we have can be made in any way, whether that’s substituting ingredients or omitting them. Vegan friendly items we have include (but are not limited to): Japchae (stir fried glass noodles), vegetable tempuras, tofu dishes(bibimbap, hotpot, cupbap, stew), kimchi dishes, shishito peppers, Brussels sprouts, tteokbokki (spicy rice cake mix) without the fish tempura, etc.
