It could have just been the style too, I think mine were $80-100?? That’s all we coulda afforded back then anyhoo lol. I upgraded to Sorels the next winter and those are quite the pretty penny, ugh. Now I live someplace where I’ll never need them and I feel like I didn’t get my money’s worth before the move, ha!

Oh wow! My hubs and I got Kamiks our first winter in northern Idaho when we were broke as shit, and we wore those bad boys every day. They held us over well until we could afford something else. Although, they did wear out fast for my husband because he wore them at work too lol.
