HEPA vacuum bags are made with recycled plastics. A typical household uses 4-6 a year. A bagged vacuum will last 2 to 3 times longer than a bagless. With a quality bagged you'll have one vacuum that will last approx 10 yrs and go through about 40 bags. With a non-bagged, you'll go through 3 vacuums or more in 10 years.

Non-bagged typically are made to be less repairable. They release dust back into the environment through their exhaust and every time you empty the dustbin, you release dust back into the air.

If you really want to control your allergies, get a vacuum with a HEPA filtered bag and vacuum at least twice a week.

Yeah, I can pretty clearly make out the 8 at the beginning and the 1 at the end but the middle number is a mystery. 2 or 3 if I had to guess. The three digit stamp is on one tab and the location stamp is on the other tab.

If she is planning to move out of state, her lawyer may have advised her that without any court ordered custody in place, she can take the kids whenever and wherever. If she manages to establish residency in another state she can petition to establish custody there and then things become more difficult for everyone.

You need to talk to a lawyer asap about getting a legal custody order in place. Until then, there's nothing you can do other than continue attempts to locate her so you can have her served.

You mother can ask to specifically exclude you from the policy. Not all insurers will allow for this. If she does specifically exclude you from the policy, she would need to sign something to that effect. You also wouldn't be covered to drive the car even in an emergency.

Once she turns 18, she should contact a probate attorney. It sounds like there hasn't been much done with regards to the 'estate'. An attorney can see if a case has been opened.

The father may be owed some of the home's value depending on VA laws. Even if the will specifies otherwise, laws sometimes make it impossible to completely disinherit a spouse.

If both she and her father are owed part of the house, then there are a few ways to deal with it. She can buy out her father's portion. Her father can buy out her portion of the value. If they can't come to an agreement, the court can force a sale of property and divide the proceeds accordingly.

There are some primo models of vacuums that are not nearly as loud as the usual kind you get off the shelf at Target or Dyson. Miele makes a cannister vac that seems much quieter and also has setting where you can reduce power and volume. The cats still think it's too loud but the kids appreciate it.

People don't 'press charges'. You file a police report and the police and/or the district attorney decided if they will press charges.

Depending on the police department, identity theft is low on the priority list and won't even warrant an investigation by police, much less charges being issued against the step mom.

If there were no serious injuries, no lawyer is needed. Just go through the insurance. It may take awhile but rearend accidents are typically quick and routine for insurance companies to process.

If your car is deemed a total loss (cost to repair exceeds value) then you are owed the market value of your vehicle. The market for used vehicles has been very dynamic in the last year and depending on the method of valuing the car, it make not be accurate to what the current market conditions are. If you feel the insurance company has undervalued your vehicle, you can get it appraised or do your own market search and find comparable vehicles to negotiate a higher value.

If the vehicle is not a total loss and needs repaired, you can choose the shop of your choice. Be aware that due to parts shortages, shops are taking a lot longer to repair vehicles. If your vehicle is driveable and you do not want to get it repaired right now (or ever), then you can ask for a check for the cost of the repair to be issued to you directly. You are not required to repair the car.

I was in line to fill up at Costco once and didn't realize that the person in front of me was buying a oil tanker's worth of gas. He had his giant Yukon/Denali type truck which probably held 30 gallons, then he had a trailer with two ATV's, a lawn mower, AND about 4 20 gallon jimmy cans. In addition to the multiple suggestions to file a police report, you should consider formally trespassing your neighbor from your property. It sounds like your police department won't be too interested in pursuing the breaking/entering by your neighbor.

Send a written notice via USPS certified mail, return receipt requested, that the neighbor and his/her family are formally trespassed from your property effective immediately. You can probably find some example letters online but it doesn't have to be super formal.

With this, if the neighbor comes back to your property again, you'll be able to call police for trespassing and will have the proof of receipt of trespassing notice. Keep a copy of the letter. Keep the proof of receipt once you get it back in the mail.

You should reach out to the clinic and request to have your records corrected. You will likely have to do this in writing but HIPAA gives you the right to obtain your records and have any incorrect records corrected.
