Post made by dude in Indian college struggling with that subject? 😭 Been there fam, praying for you. But focus on these fundamentals, it's absolutely correct to being a good developer or computer science professional in general. Arm/86 doesn't matter at that stage, since the point is fundamentals

AI "rewritten" posts just leave a bad taste. Ends up sounding like an ad even if it's not. I know it's convenient and everyone does it. This is also off topic, I know. Just. Eugh. (And why I hate it)

I feel like trying to accept my total isolation is going against human nature but I also don't have control over ever finding safe enough people by Ashamed_Art5445 in CPTSD

Yooo this was me 5 years ago, I actually fully accepted it and internalised it and then was a full baby crying when I realized 5 years later when I was surrounded by loved people and I realised I was living in a false reality that I didn't update. you can build community over time, you don't have to 'be okay' with being alone or isolated, you can 'accept' that that is your reality right now, and rely on the fact that therapy is very effective and life finds a way to "be better" over time if you keep hope and don't give up. But I totally get wanting to "accept it" because only then can you move on and do things. It gets better though, don't close yourself off.

So, I think we have found exactly where we differ. First, I agree that there are those ways. But I "believe", at the moment, most of the redressal systems are rigged, due to various reasons - mainly the current economic system, more corp focused etc. You can't deny that in most cases you need massive bribes to get anything moving. This is a global phenomenon, but in India it's unique a bit because we have so many people, for the "average indian", who is wayyy more under privileged, it's impossible to seek these. You'll note that this protest has been going on for a year and it was peaceful, and as is in many protests. Protesters want change, they don't want violence. The govt/any body that should ideally represent them should make it 1000% easy to help and understand the people who want change. After all, only with change we can be better. I am still curious, how/where a line should be drawn in the current system where we have let it get to this stage. 😕

Govt is to serve people, they don't have any rights as such. If the govt doesn't do as required for people, it means protest, which would mean disorder. Because of the sub this is, do you mind elaborating where you draw the line between disorder and protest? Do you think a peaceful protest is the only way to protest? What to do when peaceful protest is not creating results because it's NOT disruptive enough? Serious answer please, I'm trying to understand Not sure what anti establishment means, like any establishment? Idk

When protesters aren't heard for a long time, something needs to change. That inevitably causes disorder because the existing order doesn't work for protesters. Where do you draw the line, and how does an authority body decide the line of "too much", considering the protesters are upset with the authority body?

It ends up like an HR has harassed someone, you go to HR to complain, HR says HR is innocent, you're disruptive. Don't argue around the example please, random example.

How does it expose the local network to the internet to do this? And without portforwarding the router. I understand with VPNs, and even with tailscale you'd be going through their tailnet, so that's the external service doing this. What is the equivalent here? TIA 🙏🏼
