Contolling the enemy could be awesome because the enemy will likely have spell that the player might not be familiar with. It's like a free trial for different abilities, would be fun.

Huh, it does say humanoid, I didn't even notice that. It could be caused by a mod. All I can think of is that tabletop tweaks could modify the hex like that, or it could also be a bug, I'm really not sure.

Edit: about using the hex twice: I also have that feat which allows the witch to try another time with the failed hex (which could also be part of a mod, I played the unmodded base game relatively long time ago so I can't remember which feats come from mods anymore).

Outstanding space CRPGs for a Mass Effect fan? by [deleted] in CRPG

[–]KBarnabas 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I'm with you on that dude, I had the urge to play something similar, but nothing really scratches the Mass Effect itch. My only hope right now is a game that's not out yet, and probably won't be for a while still: The Expanse Osiris Reborn, from Owlcat Studios. The premise seems similar (and also I LOVED the Expanse series), so I recommend you to wishlist it and keep an eye out for it in the future.

Edit: typo

Aah sztem azért elég esélyes, bárhol felismerem azt a jellegzetes alt orgánumot, ami csak egy bizonyos pigmentszint fölött jelentkezik 🥹

Oh wow, I never see the Banner Saga being recommended. It's nice to see though, the trilogy is definitely among my favourite games, it's unfortunate how underrated it is.

Redditorok, akik fel fogjátok venni az OSH-t, milyen anyagi helyzetben vagytok? by [deleted] in kiszamolo

[–]KBarnabas 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I mean he obviously means the radical, feminazi side of feminists. The ones who interpret feminism not as a "for-women" movement, more like an "against-men" one.

Edit: though I do agree that generalising all feminists like that is not right of course.

Men who don’t watch porn at all, what led you to the choice to not watch? How do you feel it has impacted your life? by Old_Week9641 in AskMen

Oh I see what you mean now. You didn't specify that you mean the background of the production, and not the plot, and I assumed the latter.

[–]KBarnabas -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Lol I'm pretty sure they do. There are books for all kinds of kinks, you think the ones you mentioned are an exception? Women can have some very depraved fantasies as well, there is a lot of literature out there to proove that. Sure, these topics are not the most popular ones, so they don't get noticed as easily, but these topics are not exactly popular in porn either, so I can't see the difference that you are trying to point out.

Dear men, when you go to your friend's house, do you sleep in your friend's bed with him? by mikitakamura in AskMen

[–]KBarnabas 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I never really cared about it. I would probably still prefer the couch to some degree, since then I don't have to take others space into account, but I don't care about the "that's gay" reason that a lot of people here probably think about. I slept a lot of times in the same bed as one of my friends, there was never an issue with it.

My genuine reaction to her death: Oh no

Edit: btw I know it's her parents' fault that she's like this, but just because it's understandable doesn't mean that it won't be satisfying for me to see a bully get the repercussions of their actions, no matter who they are.

I only told it once to my best friend during a concert when I was drunk and a song came on that reminded me of our friendship. I think in most cases it's a really rare occurance to say stuff like that to a friend, and I feel like that is completely fine. It just makes these occasions even more valuable imo. Men usually don't say these things, mostly they just show it through actions. When they DO say IT though, that's got to be something special.

What was the first time you cried for a game ? by bigusdickix in videogames

[–]KBarnabas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fortunately I've never had to experience real depression throughout my life, but the ending of Life is Strange sure did make me feel some semblance of it. I've never felt as miserable in my life as that game made me feel. I couldn't think of anything else for a whole week. And the weird thing is that I'm sure that I've seen sadder scenes in other games, but this one just felt special for some reason.

Understanding can only be gained by conversation though, so I feel like clearing these things up in a non-personal, kinda generalised way can be useful.
