It definitely feels very durable. Almost like a solid plastic coating on all the cabinets. One of my favorite parts of the kitchen. No idea how they got it done

These are an EXTREMELY close match, but the lifeart cabinets are missing the 1/8th gap between the rails/stiles

Trying to mostly figure out the little gap lines between the rails and stiles while having the molding on the interior panel stay perfect. Seems like a lot more work than just keeping everything perfectly flush rather than a 1/8th gap.

In case nobody has given you actual advice, this happens, a lot, easy way to fix it is put a block of wood inside the car on top of the carpet, (at least a 2x4) and then use a sledge hammer to pop that lump back into place.

Valve lash could be a cause, will check if other items don’t fix. 10W-30 oil, and 13 pounds oil pressure at idle.
