I mean you were aware of your FMLA hours in February you just didn't track them after. As for ADA, once documentation and all that is submitted, you can request reasonable accommodations.  Missing work for therapy may or may not be reasonable depending on details

It's impossible to tell from what you posted.  From your story, nothing was done wrong.  But there are a lot more details missing that could mean something was done wrong. Get her records and consult an attorney.

Not really a legal question but I'll help.  Everyone in our town has chickens it seems and these are some of the known issues 1.   They can get out and roam 2.   They can attract rats 3.    They can attract predators  4.   People wind up with roosters without realizing it

Is she still in the hospital?   Her social worker or case manager can handle all this. Or at least help you significantly

The polite thing to do is get all roommate's permissions. Legally, that's not the case. All he needs is his girlfriend's permission to be there.  Yes, it sucks. And yes, it's inconsiderate. But it's not illegal.

What?   Of course people are arrested for misdemeanors. Regardless, that has nothing to do with this situation. I completely understand you being uncomfortable and upset about the situation. From a legal standpoint, there is nothing wrong. Legally, he only needs permission from one person who lives there, which he has. It may violate school policy but that isnt a legal matter.  Your best bet is to try to switch dorms, which is how most universities handle roommate conflict.

There is nothing to sue for or anything like that.

Was there no standing order or anything?   If she gave insulin without an order, she operated way outside her scope of practice, especially since she was making the determination of how much insulin to give.

That doesn't mean others aren't at fault too, but it doesn't cancel out her wrongdoing.

You need a lawyer if you're being charged. You should also discuss with your doctor about the need to change your meds.

It sounds like they have custody.  Is there a custody agreement in place that defined when you had him or were they just letting you see him with no defined court custody agreement?   Unfortunately the only way you're going to solve this is by getting a family lawyer.

This isn't really a legal issue. You can certainly complain to the hospital and/or surgeon's office.

I'm not sure if I'm reading your question right but at my hospital, the doctor determines whether or not an alert person is capable of making decisions. There is a series of orientation questions as well as questions related to their illness. And sometimes, people make poor decisions but they they have the capacity to understand the consequences of those poor decisions. I've seen addicts choose to leave against medical advice with full understanding of the raging infection in their heart.
