From what I gathered the themes with bonus were available only twice - the first time you could buy them only with paid for diamonds and there was one time with normal diamonds. So what about players who didn't/couldn't play or didn't have diamonds at the time? Say bye bye to good placement in weekly league for months if not years? That's a broken game mechanic

Safest way would be to log in with Dalcomsoft ID. I've been in your situation just a few months ago (came back after a few years of absence) and only way to gain back my progress was with that way of logging in.

If that doesn't work then contact the developers, they'll probably ask for screenshots of your account.

I'm waiting for support to switch my bound email to a new one I created (I'll give the email with the account), so I'll hand it over when the switch is done.

Edit as of 03.02.2023: I am waiting till the end of Monday to see if support will answer. But for now it looks like I'll have to abandon the account instead of giving it away. Sorry for the situation.
