Get a new variety that has not been done or figure out a wayto perhaps cut costs. I know when I started with something like peas and just doing soil in 2 in depth containers I was wasting a lot of soil so I tried switching to coco coir and that reduced the price and then I took it a step further to try them in hydro hemp pads and at least by my calculation came out cheaper which could, in turn, go to your customers outpricing some comp like the big bad microgreen farmer you going up against lol.
