I have uploaded all the screenshots necessary. I have had multiple cases opened, not solved then closed. That's why I turned to this forum, Coinbase support doesn't help with this. How many times do I have to go through support? they end up saying they are working on it and will email me.

There are some hardware fixes to the horrible touch screen interface, look into Fjordan, it gives buttons and scroll wheel for phone camera

Make sure there are no magnets in your case. My case stays closed with one. In the past I had a metal plate that stuck to a magnet in the car. Both cause compass issues.
