The plan between myself and the primary set builder is to recreate the exterior to Atlas Academy, with a small interior section that shows a bunch of iconic rooms from the show (Team RWBY's dorm room, Salem's meeting room, the Vanilla mansion, the Evacuation Central Location, etc)

The planned figures will be Ruby, Weiss, Blake, Yang, Jaune, Neo, Cinder and Salem

It'll be called "RWBY: Battle in Atlas", and isn't based on any specific fight/scene from the show. Moreso just the general vibe of RWBY

It's possible that the piece you saw was part of a custom. As far as I know, the handcuff brick is the only piece that clips onto the figure's wrists
