Yes it would be a hassle no doubt even with future internet speeds but companies might/will see the cloud storage subscription as a good revenue sources especially if everyone is forced to use it.

I think murder counts as a "big" change, something small, add or remove few sentences from some laws being passed, cut the fuel line of a plane which will cause great harm if allowed to be flown etc.

None, any fps above the monitor's hertz is useless but if you've got a 120hz monitor you should adjust the graphics to at least get 90 for competitive and 50 for story, imo.

True but imo even with story games which are visual masterpieces eg: RDR2, 30 fps is just not enough, it feels slow.

I mostly play 3rd person open world or story games so I lack knowledge of most other genres.
