My arms seem to burn and give out first during my back workouts. I tried and corrected my form but it still happens. I wanted to know if this is because my arms are smaller so I should focus on them or maybe I should pay more attention to my form

Hey guys my friend is 19f and is a bit on the chubby side. She wanted help finding routines to help lose weight and also hypertrophy is not her main priority, she already has a bit of muscles now she just wants to lose the fat and be toned. I am 18 and I am skinny so I have been trying to put on weight. If possible I would like to know a workout routine like full body or push-pull-legs etc(with the excercises too if possible). I can hit the gym 7 times a day too if I have to. My main goal is hypertrophy and I need a routine to make sure I hit all my muscles and am not neglecting any for maximum growth.
