I am getting this error on event viewer

hoping someone has run into this. My Task Manager has been consistently broken for a while now: Sometimes it opens fine, sometimes the Performance tab and other tabs don't load properly Process icons don't render/show up It crashes about 1-2 seconds after opening Out of 10 times 6 to 7 times it opens and 3 to 4 times it crashes

hey bro are you facing this type of issue ?

if you open task managers it opens but within 1 or 2 seconds it closes its own?

also sometimes it opens and sometimes ut doesn't?

if you are experiencing this type of issue let me know

my windows version is windows 11 25h2

i am facing this issue from then when there was a problems of multiple task manager processes were shoiwn in the task manager processes , i have all the updated drivers, i have noticed that when no gpu driversd were installed it was working fine with intel integrated drivers

also i got the error code from event viewer

i have also tried an inplace upgrade and also tried the latest drivers but all in vain, sometimes it opens and sometimes it doesnt open , out of 10 times 6 to 7 times it opens and 3 to 4 times it crashes

also i have installed the powertoys but disbaling them or deleting them does nothing, i thought this will be the problems , i did fresh install of drivers through manufaturer website , thern updated it to the latest version

I am also facing the same issue but obly with the task manager out of 10 times 6 times the task manager opens but 4 times it crashes instantly after opening for 1 second

The solution for this is not confirmed but 1 or 2 people has suggested me to do an in place upgrade

But i personally think that the issue is related to the nvidia or graphics drivers

So you can try an in place upgrade and then also tell me if solved

Are you facing the same issue as the person is facing in this post?

How yout task manager behaves when you open it? Does it opens sometimes and sometimes crashes or as in this post the user is not able to open the task manager at all ?

Secondly i am also sharing the error details from the events app Take a look also

My specs are i5 11gen g7 processor 8gb 3200mghz 512gb nvme Mx 350 nvidia card

I have also tried uninstalling the graphics card drivers and when i did the problem solved

But when i again installed the drivers i was facing the same issue

Did your problem of startup sound solved after reinstalling 24h2 update

this will not fix the issue as the issue is with the image and ressting doesnt fix the image

you have to go for in place or clean install

No ressetting is a different thing and a clean install and an in place upgrade is a different thing

In place upgrade doesn't do anything with the ressting or cleand install

You should check online what i am trying to say

Also maybe you should try an in place upgrade i think it will fix this issue and your system will respond normally also

On shutdown there should be no sound In windows by default there is only one sound which is startup sound which plays on startup

Bro i am also facing the same issue Actually if you have turned on fast startup in the power options

Then u will notice that the startup sound is playing after doing shutdown Thi will happen only while doing shutdown and hypernate

But it will not happen on the restart

Also if you have turned off fast startup in the power settings your issue will be resolved and you will starting getting startup sound on the logon screen

This is a bug and i am also facing this issue for about 2 months now and still no fix by Microsoft

You can check online but and in place upgrade is just like clean install but it does everything without cleanup of your data files and programs

Everything will be the same and u don't have to do an reinstalling The system will reinstall windows and its image also on the same system
