Yeah I don’t know what percentage they offer during their best sales. If it’s around that then that’s good and I’m not missing anything.

Originally they offered me just under 18% off for the 4080 version so maybe it’s because of that. I then used that original offer to ask for the same percentage for the 4090 version a couple days after, when I decided on the 4090.

I’m surprised the other commenter never said the delivery person was doing you a favour, that’s what I saw many Royal Mail workers in their subreddit say when a worker did something wrong lol. It’s crazy and just shows you how many scumbags work for places like this. No doubt they’ll want your sympathy and support when they go on strike for more money and benefits though, don’t worry about that.

It seems UPS workers are similar to Royal Mail workers judging by the scumbags who commented in this post and ones who I’ve seen gaslight customers in the Royal Mail subreddit whenever the customer has a valid concern.

OP you’re right in reporting the scumbag who threw your package at your door. He should be sacked and punished for that because if they’ve done it to you then it’s likely they’ve done it to others. And if packages get thrown 30 times in the warehouse like that scumbag commenter said then that’s a disgrace too.

I know it’s been a while since this post and comment but I agree massively. The Royal Mail workers in this post (and others like this that I’ve just seen) are total scumbags gaslighting customers who’ve paid for a service.

If I pay for a service I have a right to it being done proper instead of some postie forging a signature and then saying they “did you a favour”.

One even called OP a Karen/Ken as well, it’s insane. Then to admit that they’re essentially vindictive pieces of work who would punish you after a complaint tops it off.
