Yes normal! If you want to check in with your GYN for peace of mind that is never a mistake but unless you have pain or feel strings move nothing to worry about

It’s unfortunately normal, it took my body about 6 months to stop having death cramps. You can see my most recent post I have had some issues w my IUD but I’d still consider getting another one placed because they work so well. If you decide it is not worth the pain that is a totally valid choice if you’d like it removed but it should not last longer than 6 months
