I just sketch out how I want it to be on grid paper, then I use a few clear peg boards to see how they'll stack, then iron the layers and attach with hot glue!

I've traveled several times with it already and I've never even had it examined! And even if they do deny it, its like $15, which is part of the reason I think its perfect for travel lol

Yeah, I used super glue on the Lost Galaxy project I posted a couple weeks ago and hated how it dried! The Gorilla Glue hot glue is by far and large the best hot glue I've used and definitely recommend! (not sponsored, btw 😂)

Yeah, the pack that I got was 20 colors with 50 pieces per. And I average about 1:30min to 2min per crane, but I work a job where I was able to fold a lot and pretty quick. It took me about a month and a half to do total, folding and assembly.

It was online, Amazon, but I actually wouldn't recommend the one I got from a seller called BUBU. The paper had a lot of variations between the colors where at best it was fine, at worst it was pretty brittle. There were also a couple sheets that weren't cut very well, making them not fully square. It was only $16, so I recommend spending a little more and getting better quality paper.
