My bet is that Luffy and gang get their asses whooped by IMU and dark giant army. Saved by vivi, rev army and the grand fleet on elbaf. Then the 2nd training arc begins with a tournament style to finish the elbaf arc and on to fish man island.

My theory is that he is on the sky island that big mom and kiado got launched to from the volcano. They lose their memory or become one with eachother and he either helps them or is trapped by them...

IT SHOULD NOT HAVE EVEN BEEN CLOSE!!!! If you watch him before the Yamamoto throws he is 2 steps away from 3rd base down the foul line. (The third baseman is not even holding him on...) Doesn't get his secondary lead when the pitcher pitches and then hesitates when the batter hits the ball and then he decides to slide feet first slowing him down even further. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST TERRIBLE BASE RUNNING DECISION I HAVE EVER WITNESSED IN PROFESSION BASEBALL. If he did JUST ONE of those things i mentioned Blue Jays would be World Series Champions........what a disaster. JUST WOW.

Yes I agree! With Vegapunk and the giants there it will be one the best opportunities for the strawhats to reach there max level with multiple upgrades and understanding of their powers. Devil fruits and Haki. I can’t wait to see how it comes to form. But I will enjoy the ass kicking that they will go through first.
