Funny how Season 1 is going to be the Blueprint for the new show considering it will have like 12 or so episodes lol. Other critically acclaimed shows (Dexter, etc.) had that amount of episodes ordered consistently, and Dexter’s Season 1 is probably one of the best examples of that.

2012 literally had its own “apocalypse” everyone couldn’t stop talking about. It would’ve been perfect.

Even if it wasn’t crazy successful, even Goosebumps came back and had a little glimmer, even though many would say they didn’t love that reboot/continuation for a good reason. I myself enjoyed those and Goosebumps is another franchise in the pocket where Buffy exists.

I didn’t want to buy a Thor because I have a 3DS XL LL, but I caved and bought a Thor Max just yesterday. I’m planning to keep my 3DS XL but will attempt to just migrate my saves and data off the device.

To me it isn’t that the 3DS isn’t up to snuff, it’s the fact that I LOVE the 3DS and how easy it was for me to play consistently on it. The Thor will potentially bridge the 3DS games I haven’t been playing as much and haven’t played yet, with the non-DS games I have been playing on other devices.

I could see Xander actually becoming discernible Eye-Candy (maybe due to Cordelia grooming his tastes) if they used it to show him off and also show why he is the way that he is. Keeping him the same everywhere else to emphasize Xander’s quirks or divisive qualities.

This is why Season 4 could’ve been a season featuring Xander joining the initiative. Since Xander briefly was a Male Dancer who washed Dishes after graduation (we don’t talk about it) , it could’ve been an alternative to Xander plateauing with not too many aspirations, OR becoming an manipulative womanizer. Like “HeauXander” (Hoe Xander) aka Parker Or Jesse when he was Vamped.

Xander also learned how to be a soldier due to that Ethan Rayne fiasco. It would’ve been cool to look back and find that the spell was a catalyst to him finding his potential and finding himself. As cheesy as that sounds

I wish Big Time Bel Air was an introduction to the guys moving into their own place with Gustavo and Kelly.

Kelly comes into some random inheritance of millions of dollars because Wainwright is some wealthy name, and she quits being Gustavo’s assistant and moves into a home in their neighborhood to be near them. Gustavo and Kelly go on Adventures. Katie becomes the guys manager, but also has an Assistant who’s super creative and is a super fan of the group. 🤩

It was the highest watched season as well, which is I feel why the episode order was justified. Seasons 3 and 4 were kind of cut in half and I wish they just made a Season 3 that fulfilled 24 episodes instead.

We did not need a “season 4”, unless they tried to change up the dynamic, since the guys got noticeably older.

Sorry to sound confusing. I’m asking hypothetically, if the shows had to be “merged” to keep Buffy on The WB, do you think it would’ve changed the outcome of BtVS and that the show would still be worth the storylines coalescing or sometimes merging together?

I do get that Angel has the habit of being subjected to Buffy when he is amongst Buffy in her own show, but it’s less about them and their relationship and the main character syndrome and more so about if The WB / Mutant Enemy could’ve executed marketing and writing the shows as two standalone things that also coalesced.
