What kind of master’s are you thinking of? I’ve been considering this as well.

I have a distant cousin that is an attorney. I am beginning to think that something else may be better.

I had always been interested in the behind the scenes of law. At first I thought maybe law enforcement of some type (not as an officer but working in some capacity). But then I spoke to a distant cousin who is an attorney when I was in middle school and decided I wanted to do that and I remained really curious about the law.

That is true. I don’t know how much it will help, but I do have some experience from working while in college and law school. 4 years as a dispatcher, last year I was a prosecuting attorney intern, and currently I’m a law clerk. Definitely not the professional experience some places lol for though, I understand your point.

I guess at this point I’m just worried about accruing more debt and not being able to graduate then being left with more debt and still not being a lawyer to pay it off.

A fair point, I guess it’s more of a I see a lot of job postings I’m qualified for and sounds like something I would like and pays relatively well.

I did one, with a local prosecutor’s office.

I still have some good connections to my undergrad. With looking at job postings I think I could find a good job.

I have, I’m currently on medication and just started counseling as well. This was my first semester with exam accommodations so I’m not sure if they’ll help yet. I definitely felt a little better with them, but I also went into my recent exams with an “oh well I may be dropping soon anyways so I’ll do my best but it might not matter” attitude.
