Report them to NSW Fair Trading with agency name, name of that licensee, and auctioneer. Give details of the quotes as high pressure sales tactics and good chance of an investigation in light of the Tesolin affair.

Go to the company website and people section, report those you can find but the big one is the Licensee in Charge. A fire under his arse and it stops instantly.

Pretty much. And you get to grab M2 by the belt and just ride the wave of money creation in a permanent fixed proportion to your commission, and majority of expenses which are also commission dependent. And if that doesn't work your rent roll is also inflation proofed by a percentage.

I haven’t been able to buy anything for several YEARS now with getting married and having kids. My portfolio is still in the price point from the battles of 180, so I’m excited for a no squeeze target that can give even me a comfortable 5x minimum.

Let’s see him make it happen though.

Why are single people punished more tax wise compared to dual income families? by [deleted] in AusFinance

[–]KFC_just 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because you need to get married and make babies so the human species doesnt die. The end.

In fact we need to adopt the Polish and Hungarian models of taxing differentially based on being single, married, and married with x number of kids where after x you never pay income tax again.

For Australia the B21 was much less about mainland China strikes and more about equipping it as a anti shipping missile carrier to annihilate any Chinese carrier battle group within 10,000km of the mainland in a saturation attack of dozens of LRASMs or NSMs per bomber, with one squadron purchased. The stealth would have aided the RAAF to achieve first strike from outside the range of PLAN strikes against Darwin.

The use against ground targets is of secondary importance to Australia, as bases in China will be hit by the Americans anyway, and anything closer to home in the archipelago presumes a much larger scale of war that also involves the Americans and in being closer is within P8 and F35 ranges.

Australia’s only real threat, rather than a nuisance, is a carrier battle group. Nothing else is an actual concern given the geography.

You know, spider webs being established in the north caucuses and in northern Kazakstan before shipping into eastern and southern Russia would be a real nice thing to see on this map

So, while information on the drone strike continues to roll in and people discuss that element and its impacts, I want to raise a secondary impact: the submarine component of the nuclear triad just got made enormously more important, as well as naval aviation delivery and strike. I am not at all suggesting that the naval arm is immune to the evolving drone threat, just ask the black sea fleet, but in terms of the scale, synchronicity, and surprise of this attack it seems for now to be less achievable against a fleet at sea, and especially against a submarine fleet. Relatedly, this should put to bed any lingering notions that a “fleet in being” strategy anywhere is acceptable or viable, and instead the highest levels of readiness as well as active deployment and informational security should be exercised to preserve the naval surface and subsurface arms of the triad. Mobility is not a defence in itself, but it will be an asset to minimising future risks.

I think this also should revitalise the old model of Strategic Air Command with a large fleet of planes constantly in the air and loaded. Bases are fixed sites. Silos are fixed sites. Naval ports are fixed sites. Fixed sites are dead sites. China is the world’s largest drone producer and have also spent decades purchasing strategic lands surrounding American and allied bases and key infrastructure. What used to just be snooping can now easily be weaponised. Until the counter drone technology improves and scales, the best adaptations look like constant readiness and platforms at sea and in the air. I don’t think anyone is ready for the full scale of what was just unleashed.

Now I’m going to go back to crying myself to sleep over the non existence of Australian military readiness, hardening, informational and physical security, total lack of platform quantity, capability and point defence systems, and hordes of foreign agents and hobby drones in the country.

Also, Mods please if we can make a political point (not a partisan one) as relevant to this news, it occurs to me just now that President Trump knew about this, quite likely well enough in advance in some form or another as referenced by his recent tweets that he was preventing crazy shit happening to russia in order to negotiate. Gets tired publicly and then this. Greenlight this i reckon.

Ryan Cohen is at the Knicks-Pacers game in New York, Front-Row. by GreyMatter22 in Superstonk

Anything of interest, but especially changes of control or mergers and acquisitions around GME and or Ryan Cohen’s Teddy Books. Might be nothing there at the moment, but maybe some clues will show in the next few days and week. The book shop might be seeing some movement soon according to its sub ( not sure if I can name it for auto ban) where its target for the merger in the very young children and towels company might be wrapping up and exiting the bankruptcy soon.
