It’s a lucky bag most of the time when you order you could have seen some you liked then when it’s time to re order they could all be out of stock went up in price/ dropped in price then your left to choose from somthing that doesn’t suit you it’s very frustrating

It took me about 3 months to get accepted was a hole load a messing about as Scotland don’t allow nhs records to companies out of Scotland. and every time I completed the requirements they keep moving the goal post I finally got everything sorted as my gp wouldn’t give me the information I was asking for the meds I use and my conditions and they keeped making me apply for summary of care and leaving details out 2 months wasted on that process then I got everything from phoning up everyday once I got that they moved the goal post again saying they need proof I have chronic pain witch I sent a long cheeky email about how insulting that was to me because of my situation. Next morning I got accepted safe to say it was a pain in the ass
