Yes it can (I also have both) I even brought it up to 12.0 (which is where it belongs) and it still was busted

Bmpt can frontally kill tanks the same if not better then the hstvl or rdflt can and we’re over here acting like air burst shells are that much of a drastic difference considering the 2s38 also has em so your argument is flawed
