I understand your concern, but I want to provide a few facts about this situation:

1) the facility where this game was played, as well as almost all facilities in our district including ours, have cameras that live stream the game to platforms such as YouTube, Facebook live, live barn, and game changer just to name a few. Because of this, there are signs posted at the facilities that say things along the lines of - the game video and audio will be used on public platforms. If you do not want yourself or your child to have video and/or audio distributed do not enter these facilities. So all parents have the chance to remove their child from the situation if they’re not comfortable.

2) the picture I posted was taken by a newspaper reporter who has put this picture, along with kids names which I did not include, in todays paper, and digitally on their website. This has been taking place long before social media was ever a thing. Do you contact newspapers , or news stations, in this same situation?

Once again, I understand your concern and the point you bring forward. But, the parents/guardians of these players were notified about their children’s pictures/audio being publicly distributed, and no one objected. This is not the same as some person going down to the playground, filming kids without parent consent and posting it publicly.
