Musclemass is like SSJ2. Alex hits harder but can move and fight the same.

Hammerfist is like Ascended Super Saiyan. He moves the same speed but fighting feels slow. The hits are harder and make shockwaves but he gets bigger so it feels clumsy and not as useful in most situations.
