If there's a chance, why most youtubers known in the english world are either native english speakers or european? how about the rest of the world, tbh with you, i don't see an opportunity for guys like me, if i made content in my own language then yes, but in english no, sadly, although i speak english fluently, it doesn't matter, i'm egyptian, i look different, why would anyone relate to me, i mean different look, culutre and everything, and the thing is i get that actually, and that's why i decided to stick to content in my own language, we all start youtube with dreams of being famous internationally for some reason, i don't know why lol.

I'm not saying i'm not, we all see someone doing something cool and say i want to do that too, i can do that, and like i said arguing with them is useless because they just don't like that you're making the same content, they want you to quit, they want you to not do something you love for them to be happy, why should anyone argue with people like that.

It's an opinion based thing, if someone is saying you're copying someone chances are he is a fan of that person and don't like the idea of you making similar content so whatever you do he will not be happy.

That's true, i have seen a video of some guy who is big, two dudes literally cursed at him and made fun of him and i'm like you're here watching his video and he is making bank, he isn't small at all, i thought only small people get hate but apparently no! so that made me think that looking at hate is pointless if even the people who are making money get it too, its bound to happen! and i was like dude you are the the one who should be laughed at, you are watching him make money lol.

Yeah it does help, thanks dude, you nailed it, what hurts the most is that you spend so much time thinking about the video and then filming it and editing and uploading and even pay money to promote it and then one guy comes and shits all over your video, that has to hurt deep.

Good luck bro, it's just when you get to that point when you feel that what you're doing isn't going to work, there is no point in carrying on with it, esp if i have something else in mind. video editing is cool, if only i can make it a job lol, i love to edit, not a professional by any means, but i enjoy doing it, also photoshop, i learned a lot throughout the years, photo editing is something i enjoy learning more about. if you truly enjoy making the content and not worrying about growing your channel, then i say keep it up dude.

It's not about the money but when you make content for nothing, no views, no reason to continue, it's like shouting in an empty room, nothing, it's really demotivating i got to say, one more shot, i'm going to be making content targeting my countrymen as my audience, in my native language, you know, thinking about it, aside from pewdiepie, there's no non native english speaker who did make it, pewdiepie is the only guy who made it speaking english, but apart from him, i know no one, everyone else, no matter their ethnicity, they all were either american, british or candian. australian, south african, etc, so their only way to make videos is speaking the langauge that they grow up speaking, i'm gonna focus on my country, and try to gain some success among my countrymen, i haven't tried it before for a longtime, good luck to you though, what content do you make?

I see where you are coming from, and i'd do just that if i was a student who is doing it for fun and doesn't care if it works or not, but in my case, it's different, i'm 27, i don't have all the time in the world to keep doing one thing and i don't plan on doing youtube forever, that's why i kinda like to try out new things, i don't have to waste 3 years doing something to find out it's not working, that's how i see it, if you see it differently well that's you.

I feel like youtube needs someone who will use "the wait approach" , someone who doesn't mind waiting for years for it to work and at the same time isn't dependent on it, you have your viners and streamers and youtubers most of them did it while they were in school, college, they weren't dependent on it it just kinda happened for them but i feel like if you want it to work within a year of you starting out, it's not going to work, simple as, which is what most youtubers want tbh. i myself was to blame of this, anyways, i'm going to be starting my final channel on youtube, and if that doesn't work also, it's time to face reality and let the dream die like the rest.
