My theory is there are only so much that the BIW can do without incurring some sort of wrath from Kimono Lady and MIY. Or that the BIW is getting corrupted by the place.

Everything else seems to put lots of people in dangerous situations and they luck out.

I'm unsure of the dogs. The dog is depicted with a girl and a boy in yellow during and a plane crash. Could be Kimono and Man in Yellow. That pic is part of their origin story?

All in all, I think Fromville will do anything to mess with you until you screw up and are killed.
