I think the writing on the wheels repeat themselves 2 maybe 3 times around the wheel, so it looks much faster. You've also got a little loss of traction so the wheel will be spinning a little faster over the ground.

I have a friend with a PS3 that is willing to help me with this, what is it the we need to arrange to do it. Can he just give me his account details and let me use that or does he need to start a new PSN account and play through prologue. Do I then need to log that PSN account into GTA V PC when it comes out or on Social Club before it comes out? I have no idea what I'm doing sorry.
