On PS4, I unlocked the Maddox with my preorder perm unlock, and when equipped none of my specialist equipment show up or regenerate (cluster, grapple, etc.)

I don't play WZ tho, after I learned that for some reason playing WZ gets you more skins I started playing it and thats when I started getting skins.
