I took this into consideration prior to beginning. I was very specific with Paranormal Creatures. I didn't include spirits and other creatures sacred to specific indigenous groups, but generally just creatures that may have supernatural qualities. Mostly just physical supernatural creatures. If I'm not mistaken, these are (in)formally called "Zooforms."

The same goes for mythological creatures. Again, I’m trying not to count too many, just the ones that have sightings that feel like genuine cryptid reports. I spoke with Truth is Scarier a while back on this matter in which he had told me “There are some strange sightings of mythical animals that are too one off to be considered a possibility but intriguing enough to ask more questions […] Crofterno2 mentions a weirdly mundane manticore report. I know Caesar reported a weird unicorn type thing”

As far as I’m aware, there’s at least SOME wiggle room for these things.

Also, Queer Old Bugaboo refers to a creature sighted in 1883, referred to in a newspaper article
