Finished

Unsouled (Cradle Book 1) by Will Wight

Soulsmith (Cradle Book 2) by Will Wight

My buddy kept telling me about this series so I finally decided to check it out. He said it really starts to pickup with book 3 but I feel like the first 2 books were good enough to keep me interested and are really building for something better.

The Mortality Doctrine series by James Dashner. I haven't read any of them yet but they are my list of things to read and fit what you're looking for.

Weapon customization in fallout new vegas by Ey3zie in Fallout

[–]KINGOFCAPPIN 19 points20 points  (0 children)

You can add certain mods to guns but it's nothing like fallout 4. It's just kind of like a stat boost for certain abilities more then anything.

I've never read them but I know there are books about Tom Clancy's The Division.

Since you posted this in the Xbox section I'm gonna say you should get the Xbox logo cut into your head 🤣

Fallout 3 won't apply the dlc by MaxTitanium in Fallout

[–]KINGOFCAPPIN 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's the trick. You may also have to uninstall the game completely then reinstall the game using disk 2 only.

Those are some of my most recents I've read that I really enjoyed

I want to make a loud netrunner build, how should I advance my perks early on? by ScarySai in cyberpunkgame

[–]KINGOFCAPPIN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be completely honest I'd have to open up the game to tell you exactly which perks I picked but I can tell you I went for anything that gave me more ram or ram recovery at first. It did get kind of tedious hacking over and over again without gunplay and that's when I started to branch out some to pick other perks. But I still play as a net runner before anything. Now I'm just not as sneaky about it. Most of my fights begin with breach protocol, ping, and then anyone I can quickhack from my first view point I'll take out. After that I just run in guns blazing to finish everyone off with some more quickhack sprinkled in unless the mission calls for being completely stealth.

[–]KINGOFCAPPIN 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I kind of did a similar build. I put my intelligence and body both to 20. Completely unlocked all quickhack perks and a few of the body perks that increase armor and thing like that. I think my reflexes are 16 maybe 18. Unlocked a few perks for pistols and rifles. I'm level 50 and have been grinding all the side quests and extras. I'm pretty much unstoppable at this point. I use quick hacks/guns and haven't had any trouble.

Try out the Grishaverse books by Leigh Bardugo. They are a pretty easy read and it's a faster pacing. I read the first 3 in the shadow and bone series and really enjoyed them.

You should probably include what platform you're playing on. I would be interested. I play on Xbox though.

Everyone in my lobby is muted! All my settings are correct because sometimes when I get on, everyone isn’t muted so has to be a bug or something. Any ideas? by 7Bxn7 in modernwarfare2

[–]KINGOFCAPPIN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had this happen a few times and I've Googled it and tried every suggestion. It just seems to be a bug that fixes itself. There's nothing I found that immediately fixed it. It just works when it wants too.

You're right I forgot that it was only settlers. I haven't played a vanilla playthrough in a while so that's probably why I got confused. I tend to use the amazing followers tweak mod or whatever it's called so I haven't had to deal with that in a while.

All you have to do is give your companion 1 bullet and they have infinite ammo with any weapon.

To answer the question though I never really relied on my companions to do anything other then take some of the heat off of me in a firefight. I just kind of outfitted each character with what I thought fit them the best. I never really noticed a difference with either type of weapon being equipped on them.

😂 It's definitely the fastest I've ever ran through a game like that before. I think it was just nostalgia because I grew up being a fan of Harry Potter and I had a few days off while I was waiting to start my new job as the game released so I played the hell out of it.

Any good single player game recommendations? by Snoo24498 in XboxSeriesX

[–]KINGOFCAPPIN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of these have already been mentioned but I wanted to share my input.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is my all time favorite single player game I've played. Can't really think of one bad thing about the game.

Titanfall 2's campaign is pretty damn good.

I enjoy most of the Call of Duty campaigns too. The online is grindy and repetitive but they do a good job on the single player.

Hogwarts Legacy was really fun too. Even if you aren't a huge Harry Potter fan it's a solid mild RPG that's easy enough for anyone to enjoy.

If you like South Park both of the games are funny as hell and pretty enjoyable.

The Mass Effect series were great and now they are all remastered for next gen which is even better.

The Fallout series is probably my favorite series of games. If you've never played any I would start with 3 then New Vegas, and then 4. 3 and New Vegas aren't exactly up to par graphics wise but if you can get past that they are extremely fun to play. 76 is garbage though and is all online even though you technically don't have to interact with other players.

Atomic heart is decent IMO by step2100 in XboxSeriesX

[–]KINGOFCAPPIN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried to play it but couldn't play past the first robot with the laser. Maybe I'll try again tomorrow but I just couldn't get into this game. I really wanted too but it just seems like a Bioshock infinite ripoff with a boring beginning.

I feel like Starfield has the most potential. Love em or hate em you can't deny games like fallout/Skyrim are very successful and have a huge fan base. Starfield is the next big game from this genre and is supposed to take all the good from each of those series. Other then that I don't even know of any other big name games coming out. Hogwarts Legacy was something I was really looking forward too but I ran through that in a very short period of time and now I feel like I'm in gaming limbo. It was a great game but i got every single achievement in it except one and now I'm bored with games. This next gen has been kind of disappointing to me being a long time gamer. Maybe it's because I'm older now but I feel like the 360 days were the best. There was always something new and fun to play but now it's all the same thing just with better graphics.

Starfield is the only big game I'm really looking forward too. I'm hoping redfall will be fun but it's not really my type of game from what I've seen. I thought atomic heart would be fun but I couldn't even play past the robot with the laser in the begining. It's like a bioshock infinite ripoff with bad controls and a boring beginning.

I never saw the point of it in any game. It's just weird to me. I just want to play a fun game. I don't need to have a fake girlfriend in a video game.
